Incentive: going to work early just so I get a spot in the fridge for my lunch. In the fish tank we have one of those mini-bar fridges you sometimes find in hotel rooms. This is for 30 people to store their lunches/drinks/snacks/fruits. Granted not everyone stores their lunch/drinks/snacks/fruits in the mini-fridge but then there is probably stuff that's been sitting in there since last year.

Good: I finally got my Qee Motug big blockhead in the mail, which completes my Qee Motug collection. Yes it's a vinyl collectable figure. Yes I ordered it online. Yes I’m such a geek.

I finally got my Giotto Rocket-Air. Let me explain. In the fish tank I have a pretty wicked spot. My workstation is in the corner so I have a corner window. In the morning the sun shines onto my desk (south-facing window). I’m not complaining but as a result I can see every single speck of dust on my desk/monitor/keyboard. So I ordered one of these lens-cleaning blowers to blow away all the dust. Not so strange after all.

On Tuesday I was over at 8’s desk. I was joking around with her and asked, “Hey when are you going to make us another cheesecake?” (She made a cheesecake once for an office potluck and it was gone in 5 minutes.) Without hesitation she replied, “I’ll bring one on Friday.” I was all like hey I was only joking but she insisted on bringing it. Now the fish tank people think I made her bring the cheesecake which I kinda did. But I didn't really make her; I just asked a question. But it was all like hey is she making the cheesecake for me, like I just had to ask and she would make me a cheesecake?

Bad:Okay I feel bad about the cheesecake. 8 said it requires two days to make the cheesecake. And she had to go buy all the ingredients too. And she has to go work out on Thursday nights. I feel bad. I already said that. Maybe I’ll buy her lunch. Yeah too bad she's got a bf.

Since my training has officially begun, I am supposed to go running tomorrow. I went on Wednesday after work. It was freakin -8°C with the wind-chill. Tomorrow is supposed to be the same. Well at least I get cheesecake.

It’s already 2 months into the new year. I so need to get laid.
