Hmmm. Decisions, decisions. It’s Friday and the sun is shining and it’s a breezy 13°C. After work today I have a choice of going running or going to FutureShop. I really need to go running and it’s a nice day and if you read about last Friday, well hopefully my second run of the season will go better than the first run. I also really, really want to watch Kill Bill Volume 1 so I want to go to FutureShop and buy the DVD. It’s kinda hard to do both because first I need to buy my weekly lottery tickets (Super 7 is $25,000,000 tonight!). If I go to FutureShop and with Friday rush hour traffic I won’t have enough time to go running before dinner. If I go running I don’t want to go out after I get all hot and sweaty. I just want to shower and change into something comfortable and veg. And I so want to watch Kill Bill Volume 1 TONIGHT. Yeah I suck.

Well seeing as it’s going to rain tomorrow I guess I should go running today and then go to FutureShop tomorrow. But then I’m messing with Saturday traffic and idiot weekend drivers and driving around in the rain. BTW, my Michelin Hydroedge tires are kick-ass. They are great in the rain and I have a hard time trying to spin the tires when the roads are wet. Not only can I drive like a maniac on sunny days, I can drive like a maniac on rainy days. It’s all the other drivers who can’t drive in the rain.

I really like the sound of my headphone amp. I find I’m starting to like listening to it more than my regular system (NAD receiver and Mission speakers). There is more detail and clarity and the music sounds livelier. Last night I stood there and listened to a whole CD just to enjoy the new sound. Yes, I stood in front of my stereo rack like a zombie for a whole hour. Now I’m getting ready to order parts to build a high-end headphone amp and looking at some higher-end headphones. Damn, I’m not supposed to spend any more money. I still need to buy running shoes. Yeah I’m SUCH a geek.

Every time I read the word “public” my mind translates it to “pubic”. I so need to get laid.
