Thursday, Mar. 04, 2004 - 2:29 p.m.So I'm getting excited about zombies again. The remake of George Romero's Dawn of the Dead is opening in two weeks (March 19). Fighting zombies in a shopping mall, I can't wait! The last zombie movie I saw was House of the Dead. Very loosely based on the video game, it wasn't all that great but it did show some nice jigglies. And how could you not like Ron Howard's brother Clint? I think the director was getting desperate for footage because he threw in clips from the video game. There was also the long, drawn-out, Matrix-like fight scene, which probably took up most of the movie's budget. I gave it one out of five brains.
