just a little excitement

Yeah okay is that freaky or what? The last line on my entry this morning was “I think I need a little excitement in my life. Not a lot of excitement, just a little.” And for the past 2 hours there’s been a major power outage in Southern Ontario and the US Eastern seaboard. Here at the fish tank we have a backup generator that powers the whole building. Yay for el Presidente because he had the backup power system installed a few months ago. So I’ve been able to surf all the news sites to see what’s happening. And since traffic is chaos right now I might as well hang around a bit longer seeing as there’s power which means Internet and air conditioning. Hope everyone gets home safe.
